Microsoft Announces Windows 10 End of Support by October 14, 2025

After this date, devices running Windows 10 will no longer receive security updates, feature enhancements, or technical support from Microsoft. For example, while Microsoft 365 apps will continue to run on Windows 10 for now, support and updates will end on October 14, 2025, leaving your productivity tools vulnerable to potential security risks.

• Upgrade to Windows 11: Microsoft strongly recommends upgrading to Windows 11 for ongoing security, features, and support. Devices that do not meet Windows 11 requirements may need to be replaced.
• Extended Security Updates (ESU): For organizations that need more time, Microsoft offers an ESU program for an additional year of security updates, for a fee.
